Dr. James P. Hayden Jr., DMD
Dr. Hayden provides mobile dental services to E.N.D.S. patients in the mid-Willamette Valley and in some coastal cities. He graduated in 1989 from Brescia College, with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, from which he graduated in 1993. In 1995, he completed his General Practice Residency at the Lexington Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The same year, he began working for Exceptional Needs Dental Services. Dr. Hayden is based in Salem, and works full time for the E.N.D.S. program providing quality dental services to E.N.D.S. patients.

Dr. John B. Aspros, DMD
Dr. Aspros, aka “Dr. John”,  provides both mobile and hospital based dental services to E.N.D.S. patients in the greater Portland metropolitan area and in some coastal cities. He graduated in 1992 from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, with a Doctorate degree in Dental Medicine. From 1992-1995 he taught as a pre-clinical and clinical instructor at the OHSU School of Dentistry. He began a private practice in 1993, and continues to see patients 3 days a week at his office near the Lloyd Center. In 1997 he joined the E.N.D.S. program as a provider of hospital based dentistry services, and in 1999, he began providing mobile dentistry services to E.N.D.S. patients. Dr. Aspros devotes six to eight days per month to the E.N.D.S. program providing quality dental services to E.N.D.S. patients. 

Dr. Patrick V. Hagerty, DMD
Patrick Hagerty, DMD, has been practicing dentistry in Albany for over 23 years.  Dr. Hagerty completed his undergraduate work at Oregon State University.  He earned a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry and served a residency in hospital dentistry at Oregon Health and Sciences University. His unique hospital-based focus, one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest, enables his practice to serve the special needs population of Oregon by providing services that otherwise would go untreated.

Geriatric Dental Group
Geriatric Dental Group has provided quality dental services and treatment to the elderly and to those with special needs since 1974. The Geriatric Dental Group clinic is a full-time, wheelchair accessible facility with street-level entrances and an automatic door to enable easy access for patients. Geriatric Dental Group also offers mobile dental services to non-ambulatory patients, and for this purpose E.N.D.S. contracted with Geriatric Dental Group in 1995. Geriatric Dental Group continues to provide skilled and compassionate dental services to E.N.D.S. patients today. Geriatric Dental Group is a non-profit organization. Dr. Robert Stebbins, DDS

Dr. Robert L. Stebbins is a new provider for exceptional needs patients in Southern Oregon. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology by completing the 4-year Physician Assistant program, Dr. Stebbins worked in orthopedic surgery prior to attending dental school. He graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California, and currently owns a practice in Medford, Oregon. Dr. Stebbins is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, and the Southern Oregon Dental Association. He spent 2 years performing mission work in Bulgaria, and has extensively traveled the United States. Dr. Stebbins is accomplished in all aspects of aesthetic, cosmetic, and general dentistry, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Limited Access Permit (LAP) Hygienists

Sandy Nelson, BS, RDH owns and manages Smiles All Around, a company that provides mobile dental hygiene services to the elderly population in Portland, Salem, and some areas in between.  She graduated from Oregon Health & Science University in 1967, and she currently works at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center delivering dental hygiene services.  She has spoken at a number of events regarding dental hygiene services and has written several articles detailing the need for better dental hygiene for elderly and disabled individuals, as well as techniques to better service these populations.  She has been seeing E.N.D.S. patients since February 2003.

Cindy Brawand , RDH, provides dental hygiene services in numerous locations between Portland and Woodburn and their surrounding areas. She has been serving E.N.D.S. patients since 2008.

Pam Tennant, RDH provides dental hygiene services throughout Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding areas. She has been serving E.N.D.S. patients since 2008.

Christine Lahoad, RDH graduated from OIT in 1998, and began working at Cedarwood Dental in 2002. She provides dental hygiene services throughout the Albany area and began serving E.N.D.S. patients in 2010.

Kailua Long, BS, RDH began her career in dentistry in 1971 as a dental assistant, and graduated in 1997 from the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) with a bachelor’s degree. She has worked in California, Alaska, and Oregon, and even in Costa Rica to bring dentistry to a small village there through Northwest Medical Teams. She started her own business, Long Time Hygiene Care last summer; providing care to elderly and disabled patients 1-2 days per week. She also works part-time at two private dental offices, and began working for ENDS in September 2007.

E.N.D.S. hygienists are also available to deliver dental in-service training sessions to instruct nurses and care providers at facilities on how to provide oral health care to residents.  This service is available for a fee.

Heachan “David” Lee, LD

David Lee has been involved in the dental field since 2002 and received his license as a denturist in 2008 from the State of Oregon. He has been serving E.N.D.S. patients since 2009, and opened up his own private clinic in Aloha, Oregon in 2011. He is currently providing denturist services in the Beaverton, Hillsboro, and Tigard areas as well as some areas in Portland.

Harold Hoard, LD

Harold Hoard has served the Portland area for over 20 years as an LD in 1985. He is originally from Great Falls, Montanta where he shared a lab with his brother. Harold has been making dentures for over 50 years. He has been serving E.N.D.S. patients in the greater Portland metropolitan area since 1999.

Rusty Caccivio, LD

Rusty was part of the first class of certified denturists in 1980, and has been practing for over 35 years. He owns and manages Emerald Denture inc. in Eugene, Oregon. Rusty sees E.N.D.S. patients residing throughout Eugene, Springfield and the surrounding areas.
